You can use 1 rod for a low lamp or screw the 2 rods together and you have a taller lamp; - The foot gives the lamp sturdiness and stability; - The lamp shade can also be screwed onto the included bottle mount stand (instead of the stand) and then placed on a bottle neck (wine/gin/...); - The included USB-C cable (charging point on the lampshade) charges the lamp.
